Items marked Coming soon are not currently offered for checkout or immediate download on this website. Joining a list, submitting an inquiry or booking a free introductory call is not a purchase.
Custom projects and consulting
Before payment, your written proposal or contract should specify deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, cancellation terms and how completed work and unused fees are treated. Review and agree those terms before proceeding. This page does not introduce a blanket non-refundable deposit rule.
Future digital downloads
Before downloadable products are sold, each offer must state its supported platforms, license, delivery method, support, and applicable refund conditions. Do not assume instant access or a refund window from a Coming soon page. Any consent required for immediate digital delivery must be collected during the purchase process.
Requesting help or a refund
Email marketing@withhammad.com with your name, order or invoice reference, purchase date and a description of the problem. Do not email full card details or passwords. Requests are reviewed against the actual purchase agreement and applicable rights; no automatic approval or processing time is promised here.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not remove any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law. Where an order’s terms conflict with mandatory rights, those rights take precedence.
