CUSTOM BUILD BRIEF · SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Marketing reporting workflow

Scope a repeatable KPI summary with commentary and a short, reviewable action list.

For marketing teams and multi-client agencies.

No checkout or downloadable package is available. This brief is a starting point, not an agreed statement of work.

What you need to provide

  • An anonymized sample export and definitions for each KPI
  • Reporting period, comparison period and intended reader
  • Agreed data sources and read-only access method, if integration is required

Proposed deliverables

  • Proposed scope: agreed input mapping and KPI summary format
  • A plain-language report with clearly identified source periods
  • A review checklist and instructions for handling missing data

Limitations & exclusions

  • The current demo accepts period/focus text and uses illustrative data; it does not connect to your ad accounts.
  • Live API connections, scheduled delivery and dashboards need separate implementation and approval.
  • Generated explanations are hypotheses to review, not proof of causation or instructions to change ad spend.

Suggested acceptance checks

  • Reported values reconcile with the approved sample data
  • Missing or inconsistent inputs are flagged rather than invented
  • Output identifies its reporting period and is reviewed before sharing

Before work begins

Price & running costs
Quoted after scope review. Provider subscriptions, API usage and hosting costs must be identified separately; no price is implied by the free demo.
Setup & delivery
Agree supported tools, access permissions, deployment ownership, timeline, test cases and handover before implementation.
License & ownership
Usage rights, source-code handover and any resale restrictions must be stated in the written proposal. Demo access grants no resale license.
Support & changes
Agree a support period, response expectations, maintenance responsibilities and how additional changes are priced. No ongoing support is included by implication.

Review the website terms and refund policy. Final project-specific terms require agreement.
