CUSTOM BUILD BRIEF · SCOPE TO BE AGREED

Lead research workflow

Scope a structured prospect brief that separates evidence, inference and unknowns.

For b2b founders and sales teams.

No checkout or downloadable package is available. This brief is a starting point, not an agreed statement of work.

What you need to provide

  • Company names and business context you are authorized to process
  • Your ideal-customer criteria and permitted research sources
  • A sample of approved briefs and a human review owner

Proposed deliverables

  • Proposed scope: a consistent prospect-brief format
  • Fit criteria, evidence references and explicit unknowns
  • A review process and documented data-source boundaries

Limitations & exclusions

  • The current demo does not fetch a company website merely because you enter its URL; its agent configuration has no web-fetch step.
  • Do not treat generated contacts, company facts or fit scores as independently verified.
  • Scraping, private-data enrichment, CRM writes and outbound messaging are not included unless explicitly scoped and authorized.

Suggested acceptance checks

  • Briefs distinguish source-backed facts from assumptions
  • Unverified contacts and missing evidence are visibly flagged
  • No outreach is sent and no CRM record is changed without authorization

Before work begins

Price & running costs
Quoted after scope review. Provider subscriptions, API usage and hosting costs must be identified separately; no price is implied by the free demo.
Setup & delivery
Agree supported tools, access permissions, deployment ownership, timeline, test cases and handover before implementation.
License & ownership
Usage rights, source-code handover and any resale restrictions must be stated in the written proposal. Demo access grants no resale license.
Support & changes
Agree a support period, response expectations, maintenance responsibilities and how additional changes are priced. No ongoing support is included by implication.

Review the website terms and refund policy. Final project-specific terms require agreement.
