AI SERVICE BLUEPRINT / 08

Build an AI content repurposing service

One useful demo can become three posts without inventing three new success stories.

Who would use this?

A technical founder or team with original demos and approved source material.

Useful product knowledge sits in long recordings while rushed short-form summaries lose evidence or exaggerate results.

A concrete pilot offer

A source-grounded repurposing workflow that produces platform-specific drafts and a review sheet from approved recordings.

Build the workflow

  1. Get permission to use the recording and a checked transcript with timestamps.
  2. Choose one teachable moment for each piece and preserve the relevant evidence.
  3. Draft a distinct hook and structure for each platform.
  4. Review every factual claim, add captions and link each post to the matching full guide.

Walk through the example

SYNTHETIC TEACHING EXAMPLE

Synthetic source: a demo catches one invalid invoice. Three angles are possible: why the schema missed it, how the record check works, and what to test next. None proves a client saved money.

Reuse the evidence, change the angle

The full prompt

Replace the bracketed inputs. Use synthetic or appropriately permitted data. The prompt drafts a result; the surrounding application must enforce permissions, checks and approvals.

Create three distinct short-video outlines from the APPROVED TRANSCRIPT. Use one idea per outline. Each outline needs a 2-second visual hook, source timestamps, a concrete demonstration, caption text and one guide CTA. Mark unsupported claims and omit them. Do not invent personal experience, client results or revenue. Preserve the speaker’s meaning. Do not publish.

TRANSCRIPT: [checked text with timestamps]
AUDIENCE: [specific audience]
GUIDE URL: [matching resource]
OUTPUT: three outlines with claim-to-source maps

Test before delivery

  • Each claim maps to a source timestamp.
  • No revenue or client result is invented.
  • Each post’s promised guide actually exists.

Measure: Approved outputs per source and correction rate.

ILLUSTRATIVE ESTIMATE · AED

Is the workflow worth a pilot?

Replace these sample assumptions with the buyer’s figures. Time capacity is not automatically cash savings or revenue.

3.3 hoursestimated net time capacity per month (negative means extra work)AED 100illustrative time value less recurring cost, before setup cost

Delivery effort, setup fees, error costs and demand are not included. Validate the assumptions during the pilot before using them in a proposal.

Scope the service before quoting

Agree the input volume, exact output, integration access, human reviewer, acceptance tests and handover owner. Quote implementation effort separately from ongoing software, API usage and support. Validate customer demand through real conversations.

These examples demonstrate a possible service. They do not report client results or establish an income expectation.
